SELENITE
Energetically enhanced, these Selenite pieces assist you in erasing the energetic and emotional debris of your day. Hold about 4-6 inches away from your body and use it like a blackboard eraser. Erase over the top of our head, down your arms, under your armpits, down the front of your body, down the back of your body (reach as much as you can and imagine you're getting all of it), between your legs, and under your feet. Everything you erase will fall into the ground and be recycled into something more useful. This cleans the residue of other people's emotions and perceptions from your own personal filter, so that you can see and feel more clearly. The Selenite can be used to clear any negative residue from your Elemental Stone Therapies Layouts. Hold an inch or two over your layout, erase the negative energy, then recharge your layout in sunlight or moonlight. It can also be used to clean up the energy in a room. While standing in the room or in the doorway of a room, picture the area you can see as flat, and erase as you would a blackboard. Face each area of the room and continue to erase. You can also let the Selenite sit on a surface near you to help keep the energy a bit cleaned up. If you are sensitive to energy, you may sense that the room feels better. For those of you who smudge with sage, think of it as "stone smudge."
Note: Your Selenite is self-clearing, and doesn't need energetic cleaning. If it gets physically dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not put in water, it will erode physical condition of the stone. If however, this does happen, the Selenite will still work energetically.
