Email Consultations
A basic consultation via email is $25. If there is much information to consider, or lengthy research involved, the fee may be more. The consultation fee is in addition to the cost of the finished layout.
A consultation may be utilized to determine what combination of layouts will work best to support you in your healing process, and/or to create custom pieces.
A consultation fee is also charged when clients send layouts for repairs and request that I evaluate what is going on with their layouts - why they are breaking, etc. Often information relating to their healing/growth process comes up.
I provide additional consultation/facilitation services relating to healing, balance, and increased self-awareness.

Operating Agreements: A Simple Approach to Interpersonal Communication and Conflict Resolution
As the title suggests, this is a simple approach, a how-to-book, a handy reference for improving your communications (internally and externally), and managing any conflicts that may arise. I worked as a conflict resolution facilitator within a large organization for 17 years. This book is based on the Operating Agreements classes that I taught there for nine of those years.

"The ideas themselves do not seem too difficult to do intuitively, however even though I had just finished reading this book last night, I had a significant knee-jerk or 'hooked' reaction this morning.
