1: All layouts work best when you are well hydrated

3: When you first wear a layout it tunes into you. If you then don't wear it but need the benefit it provides, it will continue to help you. HOWEVER, it will work much harder than if you are wearing it. This may cause the layout to burn out and break sooner. So if it breaks as you pick it up, or shortly after you put it on, that is why.
